Service description

urmoments is a web-based platform that enables photographers to create and share photo galleries from their cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive). The service connects to your storage to read folder and file metadata and to display photos to your clients via galleries. We do not store your photos on our servers; galleries link to your existing files. The service is provided as-is for creating, customizing, and sharing galleries with optional password protection.

User responsibilities

By using the service you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Not share your account or use the service to distribute illegal or infringing content.
• Respect the rights of people whose photos you share; obtain any necessary permissions.
• Comply with the storage provider’s (e.g. Google) terms when connecting your account.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service (including loss of data, business, or profits). Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or if you paid nothing, to zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, those limitations do not apply.

Termination conditions

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. On termination, your right to use the service ends. We may delete or retain account and gallery data in line with our privacy policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
