• When you connect Google Drive: we request access to read your Drive so you can select folders for galleries. We do not store your photos or files on our servers.

How we use Google Drive data

Our integration with Google Drive is read-only and metadata-focused:

• We only read folder and file metadata (names, IDs, thumbnails) to build your galleries.
• We do not store your photos or files on our servers. Photos are served to your clients via secure links to Google Drive.
• We do not modify, delete, or upload anything to your Google Drive.

Data retention

We retain your account data (email, name, hashed password) for as long as your account is active. Gallery metadata (titles, settings, folder references) is kept until you delete a gallery or your account. We do not retain copies of your photos; they remain only in your Google Drive.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request account or data deletion, please contact us using the details below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm when your data has been removed.
